Install America has done an exemplary job satisfying my needs to replace aging basement windows with quality products and installation services. The entire process – from the initial discussion, estimating the work effort, contracting, scheduling, installation and follow up – was managed seamlessly and far exceeded my expectations. I had reviewed estimates from two other companies. The other providers oversold their products and services; they proposed windows that were overkill for what I needed with a price tag that gave me sticker shock. When I met with Chris at Install America, he listened to what I was looking for, asked relevant questions before he proposed a solution. And the installation… like clockwork. The installers showed up on time, took great care in removing the old windows (that were embedded in the cinder block), installed the new windows and cleaned up after themselves… to the satisfaction of my wife.
One of the best outcomes in selecting Install America was their price. Install America invoiced me at the same price as the initial estimate with no surprises, and their price was much less than what I had budgeted for to replace my basement windows. They were significantly less than the other two estimates I had solicited. I wish I had called Install America first.
Last month, I had referred Install America to my father with great trepidation since my father is a difficult customer to please. His experience with Install America was exactly the same as mine. Great products, stellar installation services at competitive prices.
